StreamaxTV offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all period plans, excluding the 24-hour turbo trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription within the first 14 days of your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee. This guarantee applies to all period plans except the 24-hour turbo trial.

24-Hour Turbo Trial

StreamaxTV offers a 24-hour turbo trial for new customers. This trial period allows you to experience our services before committing to a full subscription. Please note, no refunds will be issued once the 24-hour turbo trial has started.

Partial Refunds After 14 Days

If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, StreamaxTV offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all period plans, excluding the 24-hour turbo trial. If you request a refund within the first 14 days of purchase, you will be eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee.

For subscriptions used for less than 3 months, we offer a partial refund after the initial 14-day period. The refund will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription. The refund amount will reflect the time you have used our services, ensuring fairness for both parties.

No refunds will be accepted after 3 months of use. If you have used the service for 3 months or longer, your subscription is non-refundable.
