This guarantee applies to all period plans except the 8-hour paid trial.

8-Hour Paid Trial

For the 8-hour paid trial, no refunds will be issued after the trial period has commenced. The 8-hour paid trial is designed to provide you with a brief experience of our services, and as such, refunds are not available once the trial is initiated.

Partial Refunds After 14 Days

After the initial 14-day money back guarantee period, StreamaxTV offers a partial refund based on the period of the subscription that has been consumed.
